What to expect

Checking in: Opens at 10 am. You will find Treehouse Check-In on the second floor in the Fellowship Hall (as soon as you come in on the left). When checking your child in, you will be asked parent and child's names. You will be given a security token. You will need this token to pick up your kids!

Checking out: Parents may check their kids out at any point with their security token. Between check in/check out, doors will be closed. No one will be allowed through without a security token

Worship: Kids are split into 3 age groups- Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary. Discipleship looks different during different stages of life, and we want to disciple each person at that stage.

  • Camp @ SMCC - HVCC has been partnering with Smoky Mountain Christian Camp for many years. To sign up with HVCC use the link above. To sign up and pay with SMCC use this link. Pay attention, HVCC will not attend every week at SMCC. Follow the HVCC form for details on which weeks we attend.

  • 6th Grade Retreat - May 28-29: This is a retreat only for incoming 6th grade students. The retreat is overnight and will consist of a day at Dollywood Splash Country, a night in Gatlinburg, and a morning with white water rafting. Cost is $170. REGISTRATION ENDS May 15. To pay, go here. Choose "6th Grade Retreat fund," and put your student's name in the memo. 

  • HVCS Summer Camp: Summer enrichment opportunities now available for students currently Pre K3-5th Grade. Details: 

    Week 1: June 22-26: Saints Under the Stars. Registration cutoff is June 12

    Week 2: July 13-17: Wild About Summer. Registration cutoff is July 3

  • Vacation Bible School  - May 31-June 5: Step into a one-of-a-kind Bible-times adventure—where God’s Word comes alive! At Rome VBS, everyone gets to explore first-hand the sights, sounds, and culture of Paul’s world. They'll experience the heartbreaking trials, joyous victories, and tear-filled celebrations of this unique Bible hero as they discover what life was like for early Christians.
